About
A studio that ships its own products.
Raedal Tech builds software for companies that cannot treat failure as a learning experience — and runs its own products under the same rules.
01
Boring where it counts
Novel technology in the parts that differentiate you, and thoroughly proven technology everywhere else. Most systems fail in the places nobody found interesting.
02
The handover is the product
Code you cannot maintain without us is a failure, however well it runs. We write things down and we hand them over properly.
03
Say the difficult thing early
If the timeline is wrong, the budget is short, or the idea does not need software at all, you will hear it in the first conversation rather than the fourth invoice.
We would rather lose the pitch than win it on a number we cannot hit.
Every system we build, someone has to run at three in the morning.
If it moves money, it gets tested like it moves money.
How we work
01
Small teams, whole problems
The people who scoped it build it, and the people who built it run it. Handing work between specialists at each stage is where context goes to die.
02
Written before built
Architecture, invariants and failure paths get written down and agreed before implementation. It is much cheaper to be wrong in a document.
03
Visible by default
Clients see progress in their portal rather than in a status call. If the work is going badly, that should be visible too.
04
Answerable after launch
We either keep running it or hand it over completely. Being vague about which is how systems rot.
